Included are many owner supplied extras such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, games, beach towels, a guest book, a pack n play, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.

Cancellation Policy Summary:

(a) more than 90 days before arrival: full refund minus 1 night rent cancellation fee. (b) 90 days or less before arrival: if re-rented, refund equal to re-rental amount minus 1 night rent cancellation fee. TA taxes, cleaning fee, parking are always 100% refundable. 120 days for Christmas / New Years holiday reservations and reservations 14+ nights. Full terms in the rental agreement when booking.

Payment Notes

2.0% check by mail discount offered. Secure your dates by credit card, then drop a check in the mail for 2.0% percent less. Once received, I will refund the credit card deposit back on your card.

Check-In / Check-out Time:

Due to room turn-around time standard unit Check-In time is 4 PM or later. Unit Check-Out time is 10 AM. You may arrive at the resort early and stay later and use the resort facilities on check-in / check-out day. The resort bell staff can store bags before unit check-in / after check-out as needed.
