About the owner(s): We live in Kirkland, WA and have 3 children. Our favorite getaway spot is Maui and in particular, Honua Kai Resort & Spa on Kaanapali Beach.

Why we chose Honua Kai:
After staying at Honua Kai Resort & Spa for the first time in 2009, we fell in love with this resort. It was just perfect for us. We have always struggled to find a room with all the amenities we were wanting. Honua Kai Resort was the answer for us and that was what initially brought me to purchase my first condo at Honua Kai in 2012. Since my first purchase and offering it up as a vacation rental when we can’t be there, it has turned into a business for me. I added another ground floor unit and now have 2. In my own personal opinion the ground floor units have many wonderful advantages: very convenient access to the pools, ocean, and tall ceilings, etc. We always choose the ground floor when traveling and thus I have decided to specialize in them.

• **Keyed Lanai door which creates a true second lockable entrance / exit from the Lanai.
• **Units lanai has been etched for extra safety (slip-resistance).

• vitamix blender in each of my units
